Cybersecurity Policy and Compliance Analyst
Key Role:
Engage with senior DoD policy makers and support the analyses, organization, and tracking development of Cybersecurity policy, guidance, and standards. Analyze the development of briefings, analysis papers, and spreadsheets for senior DoD clients. Support action tracking and coordinate responses. Communicate with stakeholders to increase awareness and comprehension of and adherence to Cybersecurity standards. Provide all levels of support for working group and conference plans, execution, and reports. Maintain responsibility for requirements analysis, metrics development and reporting, and other technical writing and analysis activities.

Basic Qualifications:

-4+ years of experience with information assurance and Cybersecurity practices

-4+ years of experience with information technology policies and regulations

-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel

-Experience with briefing clients and team members on technical, policy, and functional issues

-Secret clearance required

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with supporting senior-level organizations

-Experience with the development of Cybersecurity or Information Assurance (IA) policies, strategies, or equivalent issuances

-Experience with risk analysis

-Knowledge of NIST 800 series publications

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent organizational skills

-TS/SCI clearance
