To qualify for this position at the grade GS-301-12,
Candidates must possess at least one year of specialized experience, equivalent in responsibility to the GS-11 level in the Federal service, leading a facilities management function or sub-function.
QUALIFIED REQUIREMENT:- Knowledge of the facilities management function.
- Skill in managing contracts.
- Ability to supervise employees and contract staff
Merit promotion applicants must meet time-in-grade requirement as defined in 5 CFR 300, Subpart F. One year at the GS-11 level is required to meet the time-in-grade requirements for the GS-12 level.
