The Project Manager Senior position supports all UAT LPA testing initiatives.

The position drives towards excellent execution of all project initiatives partnering with LPA Testing Manager by performing the following:
  • Managing the project roadmaps coordinating timing of testing resources and testing environments
  • Understanding roadmaps and ensuring roadmaps are accurate from a UAT perspective
  • Reviewing changes to roadmap and understanding impacts to other projects
  • Creating and maintaining LPA Knowledge Management
  • Motivating project teams
  • Backing up project lead and manager (as needed)
  • Collaborate with test management team (TMT) to ensure reporting activities are completed

The following activities are conducted in coordination with TMT:
  • Reviewing and ensuring test plans, test scenarios, and test cases follow department standards
  • Standardizing, training and ensuring testing documents procedures
  • Ensuring and enforcing the adherence of the team's processes and procedures
  • Documenting the team's process from start to end
  • Focus on process improvement, partnering to increase use of automation for test execution and data creation


  • College degree or equivalent experience
  • Typically has 5 - 7 years related experience
  • Project Management/Change Management experience especially involving changes to business applications and technology
  • Experience with creation and definition of business cases, business requirements and testing deliverables
  • Experience with testing and/or leading testing efforts
  • Effectively manage assigned efforts through the use of standard project management tools, including project work plans, issue logs, status reporting and the facilitation and documentation of effective meetings
  • Strong verbal and written skills, including the ability to develop and deliver presentations/materials to various types of audiences
