  • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: To be considered minimally qualified for this position, you must demonstrate that you meet the basic requirement AND have the required specialized experience listed below for the respective grade level(s) in which you are applying:

    Basic Requirement: You must have IT-related experience in each of the following four competencies listed below which must be supported by the information contained in your resume and other application materials.

    1. Attention to Detail - Is thorough when performing work and conscientious about attending to detail.
    2. Customer Service - Works with clients and customers (that is, any individuals who use or receive the services or products that your work unit produces, including the general public, individuals who work in the agency, other agencies, or organizations outside the Government) to assess their needs, provide information or assistance, resolve their problems, or satisfy their expectations; knows about available products and services; is committed to providing quality products and services.
    3. Oral Communication - Expresses information (for example, ideas or facts) to individuals or groups effectively, taking into account the audience and nature of the information (for example, technical, sensitive, controversial); makes clear and convincing oral presentations; listens to others, attends to nonverbal cues, and responds appropriately.
    4. Problem Solving - Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations.

    Specialized Experience: In addition to the Basic Requirement above, applicants must also meet the Specialized Experience requirements below in order to be considered. You must have one year (12-months) of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service that included:
    • Leading technology projects for an organization, such as, mobile application projects, administrative and operational mission support application projects, software application projects, and SharePoint projects;
    • Planning, designing, and documenting, systems databases and/or application architecture to meet organization's needs;
    • Helping plan work assignments and/or needs to ensure organization-wide IT objectives are achieved; and
    • Providing technical advice and recommendations to management, contractors, and other personnel at all levels in the organization related to technology projects.

    Quality Ranking Factors: For this position, the following Quality Ranking Factors are not mandatory, but are highly desirable and will be given added weight in the ranking process.
    • Possession of Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
    • Possession of Microsoft SharePoint Certification
