A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service as listed below:
1.Working with Financial systems such as Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI).
2.Performing Troubleshooting and Help tickets for a variety of areas.
3.Conducts or develops training for financial systems.
4.Supporting major financial system upgrades, new releases, organizes and conducts tests of new functionality.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.

CRITICAL ACQUISITION POSITION (CAP): This is an Acquisition, Business, Financial Management Workforce Critical Acquisition Position (CAP) in the Business/ Financial career field. The incumbent is required to become certified, Level II in the applicable career field within 24 months, unless a Position Requirements waiver is approved to extend the 24 months. The incumbent must meet requirements for membership in the DoD Acquisition corps immediately upon assuming the position unless a position requirements waiver is approved. The incumbent is required to sign a written agreement to remain in this CAP for a minimum of 3 years. The incumbent must obtain a minimum of 80 continuous learning points (CLPs) for every 2 year CLP period, with a goal of at least 40 annually
CRITICAL ACQUISITION POSITION (CAP). Selectee for this position will be required to sign a written agreement to remain, for a minimum of three years, in the federal service in this critical acquisition position.
FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT: Selectee or incumbent must be able to obtain the appropriate certification level for their position. This is a Financial Management Level 2 Certified position. IAW Public Law 112-81 and DoD Policy the incumbent shall comply with the requirements of DoD FM Certification program within the allotted timeframe.Only experience and education obtained by the closing date of this announcement will be considered.
