  • This position is considered Key/Emergency-Essential. You will be required to provide immediate and continuing support to ensure the success of combat operations or the availability of combat-essential systems.
  • Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NO-04 pay band (GS-13 grade level) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower pay band (NO-04) or equivalent grade level (GS-13) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing most or all of the following duties: 1) managing and resolving all system-related issues for financial functionality in the following Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Modules: Financial Accounting, Funds Management, Controlling, Sales and Distribution, and Project Systems; 2) managing and resolving all Navy ERP related problems such as funding acceptance and execution, labor expense, general ledger management and journal vouchers, cash management, cost transfers, sponsor billing, entitlements and vendor pay, travel obligations and payments, financial reporting, and account reconciliations; 3) providing strong customer service when dealing with internal and external customers related to NERP functionality and assistance and resolving routine and complex financial module trouble tickets; 4) contributing to system defect assessments, creating and executing test plans, and creating and executing validation schemes for financial module related configuration management activities; and/or 5) creating, updating, and improving training materials and exercises for financial systems.
