JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for supporting the our clients accounting & financial systems including Elite Enterprise
(and upcoming conversion to 3E), Webview, Whitehill, Extend, Conflicts, Intapp Open, ARCS,
Chrome River, and other current systems. Position will also be responsible for ad hoc and
standard data requests and financial reports.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Financial System Support
Provide assistance in managing the integrity of the client's financial data.
Maintain user/system set-ups and security in Elite Enterprise and other related systems.
Assist with software implementations and upgrades to existing systems as well as the
implementations of third party application integration processes (i.e. data loads).
Assist with matter imports and cost loads into financial system.
Development of custom Extend reports as requested.
Maintain Chrome River rules and documentation in compliance with Accounting
department policies and procedures.
Perform data analysis to facilitate identifying and resolving issues and problems.
Assist with development of documentation, training, and development of users regarding
the firm's financial systems and data.
Financial System Conversion
Assist with database cleanup projects leading up to and during system conversion to 3E.
Serve as a technical member of the 3E conversion team.
Provide support on the design and development of 3E reports.
Key role in transitioning the financial system and related systems/processes to 3E.
Advanced Financial Reporting
Development of and assistance with standard and ad hoc financial reporting as needed.
Develop and generate reports, data imports/exports, and interfaces between systems.
Manipulate data to run various reports, including pulling and exporting data from various
financial systems.
Prepare responses to reports and requests from Marketing department and Partners as
needed.
Handle a variety of requests including client billing history and inventory balances,
timekeeper statistics, and rate calculations.
Review reports for data integrity and readability/presentation.
Other financial analysis/reporting and special projects as assigned.
Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

EDUCATION & TRAINING
Requires a BA or BS in Accounting or Computer Science with minimum of 5 years of
increasing responsible, directly related experience.
Minimum of 3 years experience in legal financial system applications and databases.
Knowledge of Elite Enterprise or 3E preferred, MS SQL, and third-party systems used in
conjunction with legal financial systems.
Proven expertise in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills required and Access
skills preferable.
