The American Enterprise Institute seeks a full-time research assistant to work with a senior scholar focusing on American history education.

The primary responsibilities of this position include conducting research for a forthcoming work about American history and assisting in ongoing communications related to book publication and planning. Particular focus will be directed toward the American Revolution and the early Republic. Other duties include administrative tasks such as assisting with travel arrangements and planning and executing promotional events.

This position requires excellent research and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under deadline. A demonstrated interest in the area of study, strong writing skills, and the ability to multitask are also essential.
