    GS-14:

    Applicants must have 1-year of appropriate professional experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 level in the Federal service.  Examples of such experience may include:  formulating complex programs; leading, planning, and organizing general and special management programs and evaluations; providing analysis, interpretation, and documentation on complex program issues; performing supervisory functions for a group of employees; serving as a representative at meetings and conferences; and evaluating budgetary goals and measures. 

    You must meet all qualification and eligibility requirements for the position by the closing date of the announcement.

    • Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g. Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
    • Education completed in colleges or universities outside the United States may be used to meet the above requirements.
