- Coordinating and collaborating with Agency divisions, such as the Office of Acquisition Management, the Office of the Chief Information Officer, Financial Management and other government agencies and/or foreign government officials; AND
- Providing management with new information and predictive advice concerning various alternative courses of action in resolving complex program challenges; AND
- Conduct statistical research and performance measurements, and explain analysis and conclusions to customers with varying levels of familiarity with Agency operations and business intelligence; AND
- Persuade or negotiate effectively with management to accept and implement recommendations where the proposals involve substantial Agency resources, require extensive changes in established procedures, or contain controversial issues.

- Experience serving as a Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for one or more contracts for an assigned program;
- Experience preparing, approving, and updating Performance Work Statements and monitoring contract execution;
- Experience providing guidance and assistance to program personnel in the acquisition process.
