We are looking for an IT Financial Systems Administrator who will administer and provide technical guidance to ensure the successful implementation, ongoing maintenance and continued improvement of the core financial accounting platform. Responsibilities:
  • Design Financial Systems technical architecture and maintain documentation.
  • Perform comprehensive Costpoint/Time & Expense administration.
  • Ensure financial system uptime and user satisfaction through system monitoring and performance tuning.
  • Monitor servers for opportunities to fine tune and/or expand the environment.
  • Think and plan strategically for long-term system growth and agility.
  • Build and maintain system interfaces and workflows to meet operational needs.
  • Maintain, document, and build Extensibilities.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot automated jobs run through integrations and Deltek Job server.
  • Open tickets with Deltek support to assist with issue resolution.
  • RDP into servers and review performance, services, and log files to aid in troubleshooting
  • Perform Weblogic configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Assign and manage security roles in Costpoint and Time & Expense.

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Accounting
  • Position requires 7+ years experience delivering IT-related financial project initiatives
  • Position requires 5+ years experience working with Costpoint
  • Position requires strong understanding of web based application environments
  • Position requires ability to trace transactions/processes through its full lifecycle and able to assess impact on all affected systems.
  • Position requires extensive experience working with SQL, data extraction, data transformation, and data loading.
