Khan Kabob (Pindi Corp.) cur rently seeks 1 F/T Traditional Pakistani Food Cook in Chan tilly, VA. Duties: Cook and prepare all diverse range of ethnic foods, including tradi tional Pakistani dishes;
• Oper ate traditional cookware, grilling cooking tools for food prep;
• Maintain kitchen in clean/sanitary conditions;
• Assist in implementing new or traditional cooking tech niques to enhance food qual ity/experience, keeping in theme of the restaurant. Must have experience in cooking traditional pakistani food, specifically Lahore region food. Must have HS degree or equivalent and 2 years related experience in Pakistani cook ing.
