The Business Relationship Manager (BRM) will work as the strategic interface and trusted advisor between the business and IT in an effort to deliver technology solutions that align with the business's strategic initiatives and goals. The BRM will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships, understanding the business value of new IT requests, advising business partners on technical implications and solution options, IT portfolio management, and supporting senior members of the team in achieving desired results through the delivery of technology solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in relationship management, consulting or business development within a technical discipline, must be able to communicate clearly, negotiate, listen, mitigate conflict, build alliances and achieve desired results using strong interpersonal and diplomacy skills.


Education Level
Bachelor's Level Degree- Preferred

Bachelors degree in IT, Business, or Related Field and/or a minimum 7 years of relevant work experience in areas of IT/Healthcare/business relationship management, information technology and/or business analysis and process engineering or other related experience. Business experience within the service areas of human resources, finance and/or revenue cycle desired, process improvement a plus. Local travel.

  • Innovator - ongoing exploration of new methods, ideas or technologies to solve business problems and produce value.
