In addition to the above, your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector such as: 1) Analyzing business processes, and creating, testing, implementing, maintaining, and documenting SharePoint based enterprise-wide, automated business processes and collaborative services; 2) Using knowledge of InfoPath and SharePoint platform to effectively satisfy business objectives; 3) Identifying and defining technical requirements applied to the planning, design, development, testing, implementation, management and support of systems and networks - with a focus on database design and integration - specifically Microsoft Access and SQL Server; 4) Analyzing data requirements, data specifications, and data standardization to improve data availability and promote efficient sharing and reuse of organizational information among systems, automated business processes, collaborative services, and users; and, 5) Monitoring tests and evaluations, then assessing results for lessons learned and modifications.

2. Participate in a continuous learning program as described in SECNAVINST 1543.2. A minimum of 40 hours of Cyber IT/CSWF related continuous learning annually documented in a current individual development plan signed by both the employee and supervisor.
