    In order to meet the minimum requirements for this position, you must have one year of specialized experience at the GS-07 level.   Specialized Experience is defined as: Experience that demonstrates paralegal principles encompassing diverse issues, analyzing and interpreting state and federal statutes, case law, the ability to conduct legal research and analysis, administrative rules and federal regulations and opinions for use by judges.

Skill in using technology, particularly applied to databases and hardware and software tools used for complex litigation or investigations. 3. Ability to perform automated and manual legal research. 4. Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing. 5. Ability to manage multiple complex assignments and to meet deadlines.
