  • Applicants must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level which is directly related to this line of work AND fluency in the English and Hausa languages.

    Specialized experience is experience that has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position.

    Applicants' experience and fluency in the Hausa language must exhibit thorough knowledge of video/mobile and Internet broadcasting principles and practices by demonstration of the following: (1) Ability to target TV programs as well as digital content to the audience; (2) Skill using content management systems to locate, track and manage assets; and (3) Experience managing digital video content.

    Applicants cannot substitute education for experience.
