    You must meet the following requirements within 14 days of the closing date of this announcement.
    For the GS-15, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-14 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes: 

    • Specialized experience for the GS-15 is one year of experience at the GS-14 level or equivalent in either public or private sectors, that is directly related to the position as listed in this announcement and which has equipped the candidate with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position.

      Specialized experience is defined as experience in 4 of the 6 areas of Human Resource Management:
      a) Employee Relations and Labor Relations
      b) Performance Management and Rewards
      c) Human Capital Training and Development
      d) Position Management and Organizational Design
      e) Staffing and Classification, Political Transition and Executive Staffing, Development and Performance Management
      f) Policy, Special Programs and Accountability

       in which you were responsible for:
      - applying a wide range of workforce management concepts, principles, laws, regulations and practices; and
      - providing direction over day to day operations of an organization; and
      - leading teams to ensure on-time execution of plans and projects; and
      - advising senior management on workforce policies and administration and program accountability.
      - and providing oversight or guidance to a workforce that includes both proletarian (blue collar) and professional staff.

      In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable:
      For the GS-15, you must have been at the GS-14 level for 52 weeks.

    CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
    - A one year supervisory or managerial probationary period may be required.
    - Public Trust – Background Investigation will be required.
    - Must successfully complete a background investigation.
    - Complete a Declaration for Federal Employment to determine your suitability for Federal employment, at the time requested by the agency.
    - If you are a male applicant born after December 31, 1959, certify that you have registered with the Selective Service System or are exempt from having to do so.
    - Have your salary sent to a financial institution of your choice by Direct Deposit/Electronic Funds Transfer.
    - Go through a Personal Identity Verification (PIV) process that requires two forms of identification from the Form I-9.  Federal law requires verification of the identity and employment eligibility of all new hires in the U.S.
    - Obtain and use a Government-issued charge card for business-related travel.
    - File a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report within 30 days of appointment and annually from then on.
    - Undergo an income tax verification.
