One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service:
- In depth demonstrated experience in Administrative tasks in a training department such as course and training standards development.
- Ensuring adequate manpower and resources.
- Analyzing results of studies, work observations, and utilitzation of information.
Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
