CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:

• Subject to a 1-year probationary period (unless already completed).
• Must successfully complete a Public Trust background investigation.
• Complete a Declaration for Federal Employment to determine your suitability for Federal employment, at the time requested by the agency.

You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement:

GS-13: You must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes: Developing and executing IT products. Ability to develop plans involving information technology in support of legal processing; provide technical support on custom software to employees; skill in addressing customer IT and customer service issues; ability to work with professional staff to determine IT requirements, meeting and dealing with managers and IT personnel in a legal firm or government agency.

GS-14: You must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes: Developing and executing IT products. Ability to develop plans involving complex information technology in support of legal processing; provide technical support on complex custom software to employees; skill in addressing customer IT and customer service issues; ability to work with professional staff to determine IT requirements, meeting and dealing with executives and IT personnel in a large legal firm or government agency.

The experience may have been gained in the public, private sector, or Volunteer Service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.
