GS-14: I have at least one year of specialized experience or the equivalent, comparable to at least the GS-13 in the Federal Service (obtained in either the public or private sector). This experience must include; work involving Public Law 93-638 (P.L. 93-638) Self-Determination administration of tribal contracting and grant activities and services; experience in the administration of Contract Support Cost for Self-Determination programs; developing policy and procedures to ensure compliance and accountability with P.L. 93-638 regulations; perform financial and budgetary analysis of complex funding programs and funding agreements; expert and in-depth knowledge of P.L. 93-638 to facilitate the development and implementation of training courses and needs for bureau staff, tribal officials or contractors.
