MIL currently holds several multi-year contracts with NAWCAD in the areas of Cyber, C5ISR, and Information Technology systems.

Summary
The MIL Corporation seeks a number of Electronic Warfare (EW) Test Engineers to support a Federal Government client at our Southern Maryland location. The Electronic Warfare (EW) Test Engineer will utilize knowledge of commercial & military communications (V/UHF, HF, Data Links), RADAR, and Electronic Support Measures (ESM) to conduct testing and evaluation of both commercial and military mission system hardware. The selected candidate will work within a test and evaluation team for a variety of Federal Government related programs.

Key Duties
  • Lead a team effectively in executing tests, working with unique test facilities and equipment
  • Lead development of test procedures, and instrumentation to collect required data within test plan constraints
  • Provide engineering expertise in electronic warfare, to include radio frequency (RF), in the areas of system design and integration
  • Insure proper test logs creation, prepare test reports, document problem reports, and archive data
  • Apply general engineering principles to research, analyze, plan, design, develop, implement, test, and/or evaluate systems
  • Review and prepare engineering and technical analysis, reports, change proposals, and other technical documentation
  • Perform mission system hardware/software troubleshooting
  • Develop and utilize data processing tools to perform data analysis and provide data to customers
  • Design complex component level hardware/software utilizing analytical tools to verify the design

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering from an accredited course of study, ABET preferred
  • 5 years professional engineering e xperience, in conducting hardware and software diagnostics/integration and working with Linux operating systems

Clearance
