Job Responsibilities: Develop and recommend solutions and strategies, based on the analysis of customer’s requirements, business goals, objectives, needs, and existing systems infrastructure. Work collaboratively with the Solution Architect and client Subject Matter Experts during the Analysis, Design, Configuration, and Testing phases. Document business processes and utilize knowledge of the Oracle Utilities Product Suite to develop best practice solutions. Responsible for the external design of custom algorithms, interfaces, reports, batch processes, and portals. Provide support throughout the development, system integration, and user acceptance testing. May be assigned to new implementation projects, system upgrade projects, maintenance support projects, or internal research and development projects.
