Loudoun Water has an immediate opening for a Solutions Manager in the Business Solutions department.  We are seeking a highly motivated business analyst that understands the operations of the organization and revel in discovering functional and technical solutions to achieve goals, including strong involvement in documentation management, financial management, project management and building customer relationships. Essential functions include:  

• Interfacing with functional unit process owners, users, technical staff, and other stakeholders to gather & refine business requirements and objectives, operational procedures, and issues in a cooperative setting
• Analyzing and evaluating business functions and processes of Loudoun Water and assisting in the implementation of improvements to meet business requirements to ensure optimal system integration and performance
• Preparing functional and technical specification documents, business process procedures, technical support documentation and test documents
• Serving as lead for delivery of system changes to Loudoun Water business units, coordination of training, etc.

Requirements: Bachelor ’s Degree in a Science and Technology related field or equivalent experience. Knowledge of programming language and software application development preferred. Experience in SAP EAM and mobility solution is a plus. Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel).
