Field Supervisor, Sheet Metal Mechanic and HVAC Service Techicians

FIELD SUPERVISOR

-Supervises multiple employees and a wide variety of jobs. 

-Performs installs, the operations, maintenance and service repairs on heating, ventilating, and air conditioning   systems

-Oversees the installation of new units, duct and replacement parts.

- Performs field measuring

-Coordinates between superintendent and employees

-Authorizes equipment purchases and repairs parts

-Contributes to the development of processes and procedures

Requirements:

-Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Field Supervisor

-Clean driving record

-Must be able to pass drug test

-US Citizen

-Must have proficient communication skills

-Must be able to speak, read and write English clearly

-Honest

-Must have reliable transportation

SHEET METAL MECHANIC

-Installs duct for rooftop units, gas, oil furnaces, air conditioners and heat pumps

-Demonstrates good use of hand tools

-Must have proficient communication skills

-Must be able to speak, read and write English clearly

-Must have reliable transportation

Requirements:

Sheet Metal experience- 1 year of experience

Duct Installation- 2 years of experience

HVAC SERVICE TECH

Requirements:

Diagnose and Repair Commercial HVAC Equipment- Including communicating with customer, service manager, documenting work in our systems, and presenting finished paperwork to customer.

Execute Preventive Maintenance Services- Perform contracted preventive maintenance using electronic checklists for tasking and equipment. Document deficiencies. Present findings and recommendations for repair or replacement to customers.

Replace Equipment- Help with specifying and bidding jobs to replace equipment, and lead replacement team on those jobs. Conduct the startup and train customers on the new equipment.

Qualifications and Skills

3+ Years of commercial HVAC/R service experience

CFC Certification

Journeyman’s license

Clean driving record

Ability to lift heavy object 50lbs and climb ladders
