Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire an Audiologist who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

Responsibilities:
- Interpret newborn hearing screening results
- Provide consultation to parents re: results and recommendations for follow up
- Audiology-specific guidance to hearing technicians as needed
- Conduct newborn hearing screenings on an as needed basis in support of the hearing technicians.

Per diem position, 1-2 shifts/week on weekday evenings and weekends as needed

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence from A.S.H.A.
- Maryland license as Audiologist
- CPR (American Heart Association)
- Basic skills in infant hearing screening & diagnostics
- Knowledge of risk factors for infant hearing loss (Joint Commission on Infant hearing)
- Component with computers, word process and EMRs
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

Work Schedule:

Per diem position, 1-2 shifts/week on weekday evenings and weekends as needed
