Your work falls into the following categories:

Solutioning and Implementation

* Understand client needs and dimension the need/opportunity
* Serve as a resource for Account executives to define non-standard requests
* Prioritize client requests and integrate disparate objectives (e.g., client satisfaction, loan quality, market share, profitability)
* Develop strategic solutions that are innovative, thorough, and build reputation and brand with clients
* Collaborate across organizational lines to define solutions with limited direction
* Manage multiple efforts, deliver results quickly and adapt work plans and approaches to changing priorities
* Coordinate and support appropriate internal reporting and communication of results.

Relationship Management
* Understand client needs, their business model, strategy, and how to optimize the value of solutions to benefit the client and Freddie Mac
* Define the strategic value and talking point in conjunction with Integrate with the Marketing and Communications team
* Collaborate with others to design outreach campaigns, press events, and other activities, including but not limited to digital platforms


* A minimum of 8-10 years of experience developing solutions
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
* Excellent presence, professionalism and ability to influence and build partnerships at all levels; outstanding collaboration, interpersonal communication, verbal and presentation skills
* Working experience and excellent track record for creating and delivering solutions
* Ability to simplify complex content and write in a clear, succinct and engaging format
* Solid project management skills with ability to develop and execute multiple end-to-end programs and communication deliverables concurrently and with little oversight and working under tight deadline
