Our Technology Intern Program helps college students gain valuable work experience. The internship program offers opportunities in the following categories:

Technology and Innovation
* Develop knowledge in many areas of IT, such as development, information security, data analysis, infrastructure support and systems analysis
* Enhance your technical skills by implementing cutting-edge technologies and outside-of-the-box thinking
* Collaborate with colleagues across the company to optimize our technology and help move our business forward

Relationship Building/Networking
* Hone your personal brand and network with people across different career levels and job functions
* Support the local community through volunteer work
* Complete an "innovation lab" group project that explores the latest technologies Business Aptitude
* Sharpen customer-service skills, handling technology requests from internal and external partners
* Evolve your business knowledge through hands-on learning
* Contribute to Freddie Mac's strategic goals in support of our mission

In addition to increased visibility and opportunity, Freddie Mac offers interns many perks normally reserved for full-time employees - access to fitness and wellness centers, full-service cafeterias and preferred parking. Upon completion of the program, some eligible interns may receive an offer to join Freddie Mac's Technology Analyst Program as a full-time employee.


* Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA
* Pursuing a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, management information systems or a related discipline
* Exceptional quantitative, analytical and organizational skills
