Sparks has partnered with Healthcare company in Montgomery County. They are seeking a Document Specialist to assist with the assembly and modifications to large documents. If you are detailed oriented, love to make revisions and enjoy projects this is the job for you!


• Reviewing and modifying documents

• Locate and remove materials from critical files when requested

• Filing operations-related documents and other records.

• Review electronic files for proprietary information and either flag or remove the information from the files.

• Organize and scan documentation

• Add new material to file records and create new records as necessary.

• Box and transfer physical records to inactive storage according to file maintenance guidelines and/or legal requirements.

• Find and copy records in response to requests from supervisors.

• Keep records of materials filed or removed.

• Shred miscellaneous documentation as requested by supervisors.

Required Education & Skills:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Administrative skills such as reviewing, filing and modifying documents, etc.

• Proficient with PDF editing software such as Adobe Acrobat.

• Proficient with MS Office Suite

• Excellent attention to detail, ability to multitask and high work ethic
