Job Description/Company:

Are you highly motivated and want to support a large, business analysis and management support services contract? We are looking for a Business Analyst who will work with a team of 50+ contractors to determine client needs, gather requirements, develop mission metrics, access readiness, and provide general project support. Responsibilities:
  • Conduct planning, requirements elicitation sessions, and process workshops
  • Document business and system requirements
  • Identify functional issues and inefficiencies
  • Develop technical documentation and slides for presentation to agency executives
  • Conduct research and formulate recommendations, business cases, board cases, and financial or technical feasibility studies
  • Provide technical updates to clients and stakeholders
  • Create and capture metrics that support the organizations requirements
  • Define the data shared across the enterprise and capture the relationships among roles, capabilities, and business units

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • Position requires 8+ years' experience working on complex information technology-related projects
  • Position requires a BS in a quantitative field
  • Position requires experience conducting Business Process Analysis and modeling, processing modeling, Gap Analysis, and Process Improvement
  • Position requires understanding of Enterprise PMO environment
  • Position requires expert knowledge of Agile and Waterfall development methodologies and the ability to evaluate process maturity and coach teams to improve
  • Position requires ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
  • Position prefers knowledge of software development life cycle and program metrics tracking and reporting
