SDET experience Job Summary This individual works in a team environment in our Columbia, MD office and will be responsible for the design and building of automation test scripts for back end, front end and API coverage. The Lead Tester will be responsible for executing automated tests (functional and non-functional) to ensure quality of the application and requirement coverage, along with leading, training, and mentoring the members on their team. The candidate will work with testers to ensure requirement compliance and test integrity. Required Skills 5 years of experience programming (ex Ruby, Javascript) 2 years of experience in creating automation tests within a CICD pipeline 2 years working in an Agile environment Experience in the development, creation and scripting of automation tests. Knowledge and experience creating test data Ability to troubleshoot software script errors Experience in Healthcare background domain Self-motivating with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work with and mentor other team members Positive attitude and driven Working knowledge of agile test methodologies process and tools Ability to think abstract "outside the box" Passionate about product and project success Ability to handle overlapping assignments Ability to manage and oversee team member efforts Ability to understand and promote process improvements as needed Preferred Technology SkillsExperience Previous experience as an Automation Test Lead Previous experience with Ruby programming Previous experience with Cucumber, Selenium, SauceLabs, Jenkins, or GitHub Previous experience with the Atlassian Suite (JIRA, Confluence) and compatible test management systems such as TestRail SCRUM Master or Agile Certifications Experience and understanding of SAFe development life cycle Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology related field (preferred).
