Lead Business AnalystTester Location Linthicum, MD Duration 3 plus years In Person Interview Duties Develops requirements for information systems from a project s inception to conclusion. Develops required specifications for simple to moderately complex systems. Develop and document test cases, testing plans and procedures in an agile environment. Develop, execute and coordinate IT software tests and evaluating results to ensure compliance with applicable regulations. Design and prepare all needed test data. Reviews test results and evaluates for conformance to design. Develop and document test cases, testing plans and procedures in an agile environment. Develop and maintain automated regression and integration test plan for validation. Communicate test results and feedback with business and IT stakeholders Education A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline is required. Experience Eight (8) years of experience as an analysttester on software projects in supporting requirement analysis, application test script development and execution. Five (5) years of experience in mapping the business and technical requirements into test cases and generate test scripts. Five (5) years of practical experience in using relational database and generating SQL scripts is required. Five (5) years of experience in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio). Strong ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical team and users. Capable of triaging change requests, incidents during all phases of design, development, testing and training using tracking tools such as VersionOne or Jira. Practical knowledge in manual and automated testing, 508 compliance, performance, UAT, Unit, regression and integration testing. Experience with automated testing and automated testing tools. Experience in testing Web application, Mobile application in a cross platform and browser environment. Experience in testing Java, JavaScript, jQuery, AngularJS, JMeter. Experience in triaging change requests, incidents during all phases of design, development, testing and training. Experience working with web services Functional experience with State government HHS programs Experience with Child Support, Integrated Eligibility, Child Welfare, Adult Protective Services, Juvenile Justice systems is preferred.
