Perspecta is an AA/EEO Employer - Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled and other protected categories Responsibilities Perform wireless system development on software defined radio (SDR) platforms to solve challenging problems across many applications. The candidate should be familiar with development on SDRs and familiar with signal processing techniques and implementation. The ideal candidate will also have a working knowledge of wireless protocols. Specific responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to: - Designing, analyzing, modeling, and simulating signal-processing algorithms for wireless system applications, including multi-antenna communications, signals collection, RF geolocation and electronic attack. - Implementing, debugging and testing wireless application prototypes on third-party software-defined radio (SDR) platforms. - Writing design documents, simulation reports, and system documentation. Qualifications Requires 8 to 10 years with BS/BA or 6 to 8 years with MS/MA or 3 to 5 years with PhD. Master's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science Experience developing signal processing applications on SDRs Working knowledge of wireless technologies like LTE, 802.11, Bluetooth Knowledge of the GNU Radio platform Established record of design and implementation of wireless systems and/or subsystems US. Citizen with a current security clearance of SECRET or above, or the ability to obtain a security clearance Options
