Perspecta is an AA/EEO Employer - Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled and other protected categories Responsibilities Description: The Content Services Integrator (CSI) delivers full life-cycle systems integration and engineering services to meet the missions of its customers. CSI technical services modernize mission systems and segments to provide enhanced information technology capabilities to users worldwide. As part of the CSI Foundation GEOINT Modernization (FGMOD) initiative, The Maritime Watch Office (MWO) has a need for a systems engineer to supp0r the MOWO located at the NGA Operations Center at NGA Campus East. Reporting directly to the FGMOD Project Lead, the Systems Engineer will support the following customer objectives shown below. Responsibilities Include: Engineer and assess current and future technology, and ensures the project captures innovative tradecraft, lessons learned, and best practices Support the modernization of the MWO systems by developing engineering artifacts providing the description of the current operational system for the World Wide Web Navigational watch System (WWWNWS) in support of MWOs enterprise modernization efforts. Advise on architecture, technology, and enterprise solutions. Develop artifacts in line with NGAs Enterprise GEOINT CONOPS 2022 and support the Title 10 obligation of the maritime mission. Plan, evaluate, and execute program milestone and requirements. Lead the identification, tracking, mitigation, and resolution technical risks and issues to ensure the timely, functionally efficient, and cost effective stand-up of new capabilities Identify project key decision points and provide Go/No-Go recommendations Conduct user outreach to communicate planned architecture changes, operational concepts, and project status, and accept user inputs for optimization of delivery plans Prepare and present status briefings to program and customer leadership Qualifications Required Qualifications: Active TS/SCI Clearance Bachelors degree in CS / Math / Science / Engineering or related technical experience 16+ years of systems engineering, systems integration, or systems development experience, with 10+ years of recent agency specific experience Experience with Foundation GEOINT Systems and Tools within NGA or its IC partners Technical experience supporting NSG systems, segments and architectures Demonstrated ability to identify technology gaps in capabilities and processes Demonstrated ability to explain technical issues clearly/accurately to technical/non-technical audiences Demonstrated ability to establish effective customer relationships with senior level government personnel; ability to work independently and within a team environment Self-starter and able to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities Strong interpersonal, problem solving, organizational and multi-tasking skills Excellent written/verbal communications, technical/non-technical presentation skills Desired Qualifications: Advanced degree or certification in a technical field Experience engineering Foundation GEOINT engineering or production services and capabilities, OBP, FCMS, Cedalion, eXploit, Structured Observation Management (SOM), Analytic Modernization (AMOD), Resource Knowledge System Experience in system interface engineering or interface analysis Experience in cloud technology engineering Experience in technical coordination across the IC Experience with Agile engineering and development methods (user story generation, sprint/scrum development, back-log management, test-driven development) Exposure to national, tactical, and commercial data collectors and associated collection tasking and feasibility processes Options
