This position requires standard web development skills/capabilities in order to organize multiple J38 activities. Website development experience will allow candidate to develop their own solutions to difficult multi-faceted communication requirements with limited guidance. Description: Designs and builds web sites using a variety of graphics software applications, techniques, and tools Designs and develops user interface features, site animation, and special effects elements Contributes to the design groups efforts to enhance the look and feel of the organizations on-line offerings Designs the website to support the organizations strategies and goals relative to external communications With no guidance, designs and builds web sites using a variety of graphics software applications, techniques, and tools Designs and develops substantive user interface features, site animation, and special effects elements Contributes substantive content to the design groups efforts to enhance the look and feel of the organizations on-line offerings Qualifications Required: Active TS/SCI w/ ploy High School Diploma 6 years of experience as a Web Developer 6 years of military operations experence Preferred: Understanding of Joint Publications J2-0 (Intelligence), 3-0 (Operations) and 5-0 (Plans). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communications skills Strong organizational skills to address multiple tasks at the same time. Ability to work independently. Options
