    Specialized Experience:  Applicants must have a minimum of one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-11 in the Federal service.  For this position, specialized experience includes the following:    

    GS-11
    1. Performing engineering concepts, principles and practices of electronics engineering;


    2. Performing engineering analysis and studies;


    3. Ability to communicate orally.


    4. Writing documents and communicating ideas and technical information in a clear and concise manner.

    GS-12

    1. Experience in applying spectrum management rules, regulations and/or policies

    2. Experience conducting complex engineering studies

    3. Experience communicating with individuals with diverse viewpoints to resolve technical issues;

    4. Experience writing technical documents with analyses and recommendations.

    GS-13

    1. Applying and interpreting rules and regulations related to spectrum management;


    2. Performing complex engineering analysis and studies concerning telecommunications issues;


    3. Providing engineering advice on intricate and complex technical matters relating to spectrum management;


    4. Experience writing technical documents with analyses and recommendations.

    GS-14

    1. Applying and interpreting technical guidelines, policies and/or procedures as they relate to United States and international spectrum management

    2. Experience in resolving technical problems related to spectrum management

    3. Experience serving as an expert advisor on complex engineering matters

    4. Experience conducting complex engineering studies

    5. Experience writing technical documents with analyses and recommendations
