Investment & Capital Markets (ICM) Business Technology Office (BTO) is looking for an experienced project manager to lead the delivery of a portfolio of projects within Business Engineering. Managing such projects will involve planning and leading a cross-functional team to achieve objectives, managing the scope, dependencies, schedule, budget, quality, and risks and issues through its lifecycle.

Your work falls into these primary categories:

Strategy & Planning:

* Work with different teams to identify opportunities for efficiency in project planning and execution to provide an optimized partner experience while balancing project, customer and partner risk appropriately.
* Conduct vendor risk management and periodic vulnerability and threat assessments, and coordinate COTS product enhancements.
* Support Nimble governance activities such as Headline Open and Closure.
* POC for general product support, audit activities and staff support (Time entry, QuickBase, Resource Onboarding, Staff Documentation, DR Validation exercises etc.).
* Identify opportunities to improve customer service, operating efficiency and productivity by analyzing workflow and automation processes.

Technology Operations:

* Configure and maintain SharePoint sites and documentation libraries for BE Products along with architecture review and updates.
* Maintain the on-call prod support groups for the ICM Business Engineering group in xMatters
* Support trading floor tool enhancements, issue resolution and incident reporting for products such as Broadridge, BrokerTec, Smartroom, ICE Link and DTCC.
* Act as Risk and Controls POC for BE Team to capture product system operational risks and facilitate risk assessment, analysis and remediation activities.
* Engage internal and external business partners to sign-off on risk remediation with evidence of proper risk mitigation controls.
* Work on EDM related release documentation for BE projects and assist with planning, requirements & SOX controls
* Create and facilitate New Technology Requests, proxy exceptions and whitelisting.
* Facilitate application retirement, transfer of ownership, hardware, software upgrades, and technical debt remediation.

Qualifications

* Minimum 5 years of related experience
* Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience
* Strong technical or business analysis background
* Demonstrated ability to manage the delivery of multiple, simultaneous technical projects in a matrixed environment
* Must be comfortable working with all levels of executive leadership
* Experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies
* Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
