You can lead changes and enhancements across recruiting, operations, service delivery, and attrition. You can enhance organization structure and project management talent to increase corporate decision-making processes, winning new business, and customer delivery. You can support multiple executives across a broad spectrum of technology solutions to include DevSecOps and Human Centered Design. You have implemented plans to increase organic growth and increase profitability across assigned programs. You have supported human capital needs required for successful expansion of customers across public sector. You have a Bachelor's Degree and an active Secret Clearance. You have worked in management consulting or systems integration in both operational and executive facing roles. You have familiarity or experience in professional services engineering, information technology, asset management or human capital strategies. You understand standard agile software development methodologies. What your day will look like:. Participate in long range strategic planning activities designed to meet the Company's objectives and to increase its enterprise value and revenue goals. Support business development with enhancements and implementation of annual sales strategies. Review marketing/business development materials on a consistent basis to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of the Companies capabilities on the ground. Review and enhance specific Business Unit Account Plans. Develop and attract other leaders to the Company. Oversee start-ups of new accounts, monitoring all facets of implementation.
