    You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement:

    GS-13 Level: You must have 1 year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes: Experience performing a wide range of analytical and evaluative methods and techniques, both qualitative and quantitative, sufficient to conduct various analytical studies and serve as an advisor to management; experience applying management principles and processes to perform project/program management studies to effectively coordinate and integrate project objectives and recommendations. Experience preparing communications, briefings, and/or analysis documents on issues to management and executives. Prepare action plans and schedules for various phases of program accomplishment, both short and long-range and ensures that plans are consistent with Service goals, schedules, and policies; Assist with conducting briefings and co-authoring comprehensive reports to keep managers or executives advised of program progress and to communicate findings and recommendations.

    - The experience may have been gained in the public sector, private sector or Volunteer Service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-timework is considered on a prorated basis.

    Referral:
