    Applicant must have directly applicable experience that demonstrates the possession of the knowledge, skills, abilities and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Qualifying experience may have been acquired in any public or private sector job, and will typically be demonstrated by working at, or immediately below the level of the job being advertised, for a year or more. The previous work experience must clearly demonstrate the application of the particular competencies/knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to successfully perform the duties of the position.

    Specialized experience required for this position is:
    Advance knowledge in the EEO complaints program, diversity & inclusion initiatives/efforts and the disability program to include the reasonable accommodations programs. In Depth knowledge of Affirmative action, workplace harassment (sexual and non-sexual) and the disability program to include the reasonable accommodation programs. EEO principles, laws, regulations, policies, and relevant decisions to recognize and solve individual and class EEO problems..

    Specifically you will be evaluated on the following competencies:
