    In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.     To qualify at the GS-15 level: Applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level. Specialized experience is defined as: directing the preparation, compilation, review, analysis, and submission of all program data required for program assessment; providing leadership in establishing and maintaining management of planning, development, contracting, operations and resource management with program management; evaluates and interprets directives policy instruction regarding special programs and projects and make recommendations to develop/implement programs to attain goals.

    You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:

    Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-14).

    This job does not have an education qualification requirement.

    • Male applicants born after December 31, 1959, must complete a Pre-Employment Certification Statement for Selective Service Registration.

    • One year supervisory probationary period may be required.
    • As a supervisor, you must comply with the Army Civilian Education System (CES) course and timeline requirements. The Supervisory Development Course (SDC) must be completed within one year of placement into a supervisory position and then completed as a refresher course every three years.
