Freddie Mac's Single Family Division is currently seeking a Credit Risk Analytics Professional to analyze collateral data and the appraisal process to help improve the property valuation process.

Your work falls into two primary categories:

Analysis and Modeling:

*Identify/analyze trends in appraisal data to improve appraisal process
*Support monitoring of appraisal and appraiser quality
*Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends
*Have experience cleansing, manipulating and analyzing large datasets using statistical software

Stakeholder Management:

*Create material for dissemination to both internal Freddie Mac stakeholders and to the broader valuation industry
*Collaborate with team members and interact across organizational lines to meet business objectives
*Independently determines and develops approach to solutions
*Must be able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines


*BA Degree in Statistics, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field of study
*Typically 2-4 years of related credit risk experience within financial services
*Typically 2-4 years of data analytics experience, with a combination of business and technical skills
*Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
*Strong technical skills in SQL, SAS, Python and/or R, Tableau, or MicroStrategy
*Knowledge of the mortgage-banking industry
