ADG Creative, LLC Company Job Title: Graphic Designer Clearance: TS/SCI w/ Polygraph Clearance Location: Columbia, MD Reports To: Director of Creative Services FLSA Status: Exempt, Full Time, Regular Summary: The Graphic Designer will support and assist the design team and contribute, with supervision, to design communication products including but not limited to interactive media, web and print materials, visualizations and information graphics, briefings, computer-based trainings, animations, and videos. Duties and Responsibilities: Produce a variety of design assets in support of client deliverables and in-house initiatives.Design and layout content in preparation for creative reviews and customer presentations.Create visualizations and complex information graphics in support of customer brand.Design for websites, courseware projects, online marketing materials, and other interactive outlets.Research and create mood boards, storyboards, and comps as part of the design exploration process.Meet established deadlines and assure accurate completion of assigned projects.Interface with customer during discovery phase of some projects.Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications: (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.) Bachelor's degree in relevant field.6 months of related experience.Experience with HTML/CSS, a plus.Portfolio submission of recent work.Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph clearance. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint.Knowledge and skill in at least four of the following:Web and interactive designUI/UX and design thinkingDigital file preparation and print production Data visualization and information graphics Brand application Wire framing or storyboardingTypographyVideo or 3D modeling asset productionMotion/Video/Audio production Ability to combine creative thinking with strong layout and production skills using digital technologies to generate groundbreaking design solutions for government and commercial customers.Must be a well-organized creative thinker, detailed oriented, with the ability to be a team player and accept direction well.
