We have won dozens of major awards, including "America's Best Builder' and a confidence-inspiring roster of regional and local builder and community awards.JOB DESCRIPTIONManage community sales and educate prospective homeowners regarding available homes and home sitesManage communication with purchaser from contract through settlementAdminister sales contract and reporting of home sales, lot status, and inventoryDemonstrate and maintain model home, brochures, price lists and associated marketing materialManage and develop systems for following up on existing, and creating new, sales leadsEnsure information on the community and homes is properly represented on the website, social media and MRIS, as well as in print media such as New Homes GuideConvey the brand value and advantages and promote the Mission, Vision, and Values of Mid-Atlantic BuildersProfessionally represent the company's product, brand image, and reputation in all interactions with prospective purchasers and homeownersComplete accurate and timely paperworkComplete all duties as assigned by managerGather and analyze market and competitor data to ensure our homes and community maintain a superior value advantage QUALIFICATIONSCollege degree preferredStrong communication (written and verbal), customer service and organizational skillsResults-driven, detail orientedTeam playerPositive attitudeCoachable, willingness to learnEntrepreneur's spirit and driveKnowledge of real estate, new construction and high-end retail sales is a plusCOMPENSATIONSalary + Commission (personal income potential is six figures plus!)Competitive benefits program including Medical, Dental, Vision and 401(k)LOCATIONMetropolitan Washington, DC Area
