The individual should be dynamic, self-motivated officer to fill our newly created Digital Engineer position. The selected candidate will work alongside Team Guams Satellite Engineer, LAN ADMIN/Field Engineer, and Utility Engineer supporting Guam Personnel providing Tier-3 platform support to Guam and facilities across worldwide. Guam Digital Engineer will also work with team members providing virtual server platform, application, certificate, and account access support, collaborate on problem resolution and perform root cause analysis.The primary responsibility is to ensure that all IT services are always on and available.The selected candidate will support the future node in Guam and in providing direct tier-3 O&M LAN support worldwide.
