We are actively searching for an outstanding leasing attorney to join our in-house legal team.General Counsel needs the "go to" person that will be sought out by in-house business colleagues on all retail leasing matters affecting the company's portfolio of shopping centers. Think you can walk in the door and conduct multiple negotiations against the best tenant attorneys in the country? Have you made a career of crafting win-win deals within tight timeframes? Are you a customer oriented, deal making attorney with superb people skills looking to join a company that puts a premium on collegiality and team work?If you answered "YES" to the questions above, then we want you to come join us! Our ideal candidate has 7-10 years of experience negotiating and drafting retail lease agreements (anchor, in-line, ground leases and ancillary documentation) between landlord and tenant. He or she also demonstrates superior written and oral communication skills, negotiating experience and staff management experience.
