  • To qualify for the GS-15, applicants must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 grade level in the Federal service or equivalent executing, directing or managing Federal Human Resources (HR) laws, rules, regulations and policies covering Senior Executive Service (SES), Senior Level (SL), Scientific/Professional (ST) and/or political/Schedule C positions; developing, interpreting and/or advising executive level management on HR policies and initiatives; providing strategic and operational plans; serving in an advisory role to top management in the development and implementation of personnel policy covering senior level positions; managing and developing various personnel and/or training programs.
