    Specialized experience:  For the GS-13, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes ALL of the following: demonstrated working knowledge of the Intelligence Community, its entities and respective functions; thorough knowledge of DCID security guidelines; experience and skill in operating in a 24/7 operational environment; ability to maintain strong situational awareness of activities of significance to the IC and Treasury; and communicating orally and in writing in a clear, precise and persuasive manner.

    For the GS-12, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-11grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes ALL of the following:  demonstrated working of the U.S. Intelligence Community its entities and respective functions; working knowledge of DCID security guidelines, the ability to state intelligence requirements, research intelligence databases and interact with intelligence agencies to obtain intelligence products or services; and experience in the control, processing and distribution of sensitive intelligence and national security information.

    For the GS-11, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-09grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes ALL of the following:  a general knowledge of the Intelligence Community, its entities and respective functions; and experience preparing intelligence or other analytical assessments in the fields of terrorist financing, money laundering or WMD proliferation. A moderate understanding of intelligence collection, processing, production and dissemination principles and techniques must be demonstrated.

    OR You may substitute education for specialized experience as follows: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree OR 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree OR LL.M., if related.

    For the GS-09, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-07grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes ALL of the following:  a general knowledge of the organization, operations, and support structures of intelligence networks. A basic understanding of intelligence collection, processing, production and/or dissemination principles and techniques should be demonstrated.

    OR You may substitute education for specialized experience as follows: Master's or equivalent graduate degree OR 2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree OR LL.B. or J.D., if related.

    OR You may qualify on a combination of experience and education. Options for qualifying based on a combination will be identified in the online questions.

    CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
    - A one year trial period may be required.
    - Must have, or be able to obtain and maintain, a Top Secret security clearance based on a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI).
    - Must be eligible for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) access.
    - Must successfully complete a background investigation.
    - Complete a Declaration for Federal Employment to determine your suitability for Federal employment, at the time requested by the agency.
    - If you are a male applicant born after December 31, 1959, certify that you have registered with the Selective Service System or are exempt from having to do so.
    - Have your salary sent to a financial institution of your choice by Direct Deposit/Electronic Funds Transfer.
    - Go through a Personal Identity Verification (PIV) process that requires two forms of identification from the Form I-9.  Federal law requires verification of the identity and employment eligibility of all new hires in the U.S.
