Job Description Do you want to develop and sustain critical Department of Defense Information Systems that support cyberspace operations? If so, we are looking for an IT Systems Administrator to support - execute daily management, upkeep and configuration of computer systems - USCYBERCOM and some of its specialized cyber-warfighting capabilities. Cybersecurity and operations is an important and growing field and Parsons needs your help to make the world a safer and more secure place. USCYBERCOM plays a crucial role in the national defense in cyberspace and the need for innovative and skilled personnel is at an all-time high. In this role, you will: * Maintain a variety of operating systems, to include Windows, Linux, and Cisco IOS * Manage computers, servers, networks, IT security systems and other critical components of USCYBERCOM's IT infrastructure * Configure and support cloud and virtual environments including AWS and VMware * Apply cybersecurity knowledge to configure servers to proper security standards * Install, troubleshoot, and manage user applications * Interact with and assist customers from various parts of USCYBERCOM * Test systems and resolve security vulnerabilities * Participate in the government's Risk Management Framework (RMF) to maintain system accreditation * Determining appropriate IT policies, while creating and improving upon system documentation Qualifications : * Minimum six years of systems administrator experience * Minimum of High School Diploma (bachelor's degree credit one year of experience) * Minimum DOD 8140/DOD 8570 IAT Level 1 Certification (A+ CE, CCNA-Security, Network+ CE, SSCP, or Security+ CE) ACTIVE TS/SCI + POLY REQUIRED Preferred : * Team-oriented work attitude * Excellent communication skills * Ability and willingness to innovate
