Position Description Overview The PNCMS Business Solutions Agent is responsible for driving revenue while deepening the relationship we share with our existing base of clients. You will use a consultative sales process to educate merchants on our full suite of products and services in order to help them manage and grow their business. Job Responsibilities * Manage inbound and outbound calls along with follow up requests from support teams to contact clients for hardware and software needs. * Use consultative sales process to uncover needs in order to educate and recommend the best product options for our clients to help them run their business. * Maintain healthy balanced pipeline of leads from various marketing campaigns that interchange throughout the year. * Build a relationship of trust with the client and present valuable products and services (ex- Clover Software Plans, Clover Security, Clover Cares) * Manage and navigate multiple systems simultaneously in order to gather client information in order to understand best solution to offer. * Collaborate with team members on sales strategies and best practices to constantly adapt your sales process. Candidate Requirements . Experience leading a sales team or significant cross-sales experience . Demonstrated leadership skills . Experience in developing sales strategy and the ability to develop a plan to effectively produce revenue growth . Proven record of developing and managing a pipeline . Strong solution selling and client engagement skills . Extensive understanding of, and experience with, First Data's offerings and positioning, particularly Clover . Technologically savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce and other First Data tools . Analytical skills, leveraged for reporting preparation and comp plan design . Highly self-motivated, energetic, creative and personable .
