Information Technology Description Hi, Title: CISCO CVP Developer Location: Chevy Chase, MD Type: Full-Time / Contract to Hire Rate: $Open Requirement:. * Ability to coordinate with Business teams and identify potential enhancements to increase self-service IVR containment and decrease call center deflection rate * Ability to draft Roadmaps based on business requirements * Ability to code IVR applications solutions using Cisco Call Studio and ICM Microapps * Integrate IVR flows with Nuance speech recognition utilizing external grammars * Work closely with telecom and IT architecture teams to design and document technical solutions * Update technical specifications and other necessary technical documentation throughout the project's development life cycle * Fully test all code being released prior to application certification testing.
